We set out to construct a home that would meet high standards for energy conservation, promise lower utility bills, better interior air quality, lower maintenance, and a smaller footprint—all with a floor plan ideally suited for today’s lifestyles.
One of the first Energy Star® EPA certified and National Association of Home Builders “Green” verified custom homes in Pennsylvania. The home is the first Energy Star and NAHB Green-GOLD homes constructed in Lackawanna County.
