About Us
Primary Home between 1,500-2,500 square feet
When deciding upon our newest design, we wanted to incorporate many features sought by today’s homeowners within the limitations of a narrow lot. Our goal was to maximize the living space, to provide room-to-room flow, and to emphasize aesthetic appeal, both inside and out, all within a 1,933 square foot home.

A stunning leaded glass door and transom added visual appeal and elegance to the front-entry. Decorative brick work, a curved walkway, antique bronze-finish lighting unify the exterior, while the geometric pattern of the casement windows and oversized louver echo the shape of the Cascade Colonial windows in the Carriage House-style garage door.
Off the entry, the dining room has large Andersen® casement windows overlooking the front yard. The chair railing lends a traditional Colonial touch while the one-of-a-kind hand-drawn design on the ceiling adds drama and style, the perfect setting for a dinner party or special meal.

Inside, the insulated windows let in streams of natural light while adding instant cheer. Bruce hardwood floors lend warmth and low-maintenance beauty.
The great room, with its impressive 10’ 5” ceiling, provides ample room for entertaining and family gatherings. The granite-surround corner fireplace can be used as a supplemental heating source. The adjacent kitchen keeps everything within reach of the busy cook, with maple cabinets both above and below the counter. A breakfast bar offers a comfortable spot for casual or on-the-go eating while the sunny nook has plenty of room for a table.

A bump-out off the kitchen is the perfect spot to enjoy a morning coffee and access to a small rear deck.

The first floor master bedroom suite provides a luxurious retreat, with separate dressing area, walk-in closet, and master bath with a soaking tub, separate shower, and glass block window that allows light in without the need to cover it for privacy.
Although the narrow lot restricted what we could do, the result is a dramatic and functional house designed for the demands of today’s homeowner.
